Ms. Chapman brings over 20 years of real estate experience ranging from property management, leasing, and business development to the company. Her primary roles will be overseeing and establishing infrastructure within the daily operations of Crowdvest. Tara will have a direct role in the overall growth and development of Crowdvest. In her recent experience she held a senior role at a prominent investment firm.
Ken Chapman
Managing Director
Kenneth Chapman has been active in the real estate industry for over 15 years and holds credentials in Real Estate Financial Modeling from Cornell University. Prior to forming Crowdvest, Mr. Chapman was on the executive board and leadership team of a prominent investment firm. Under Mr. Chapman’s supervision, the company’s assets grew from $200 million to over $1.6 billion in under 4 years.
William DeMaio
Managing Partner
William DeMaio is an entrepreneur and financial analyst, building portfolios one investment at a time. The most recent company he founded has a current valuation of $75,000,000. Negotiating deals in the real estate industry, he has a track record of delivering impressive returns for his clients. Mr. DeMaio brings his considerable management and negotiation skills to the table as a Managing Partner at Crowdvest.
Adam Shapiro
Chief Investment Officer
Adam Shapiro brings extensive experience in capital raising, acquisitions, and development to Crowdvest. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees deal sourcing, underwriting, and investor relations, ensuring each opportunity is strategically structured and operationally sound. His background in both capital markets and real estate development allows him to bridge investor goals with successful execution, while maintaining a clear focus on protecting capital and driving consistent returns.
